Korean Kickboxing combines all the technical kicking of Taekwon-do and hand combinations.

 

The syllabus is a full path to black belt with students being tested on fitness and stamina, hand and foot techniques, attack and defensive work and sparring ability.

 

Korean Kickboxing is for all levels of fitness and ability, with classes working on improving fitness, flexibility, building core strength, improving technique, building confidence and improving self defence.
